we1winph Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1. Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on we1winph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and your preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on we1winph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently suspended without prior notice, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. we1winph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@we1winph.click.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
• One account per person, IP address, and household device
• Account information must match government-issued ID
• we1winph reserves the right to decline any registration without stating a reason

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

we1winph complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements under Philippine law and our gaming licence obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any point we deem necessary — we may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership.

Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, PRC ID, or UMID card. For payment verification, we may request a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya wallet, or a recent bank statement showing your name and account number.

Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. we1winph will process KYC documents within 3 business days of receipt and notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on we1winph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). we1winph accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and Maya (instant processing)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph (instant processing)
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking (1–3 business hours)
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (processing time varies by bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (standard processing)

The minimum deposit amount on we1winph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits are credited to your we1winph account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. we1winph does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their bank or e-wallet provider.

we1winph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

we1winph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, referral bonuses, birthday credits, festival specials, and monthly lucky draw prizes. All promotions listed on the we1winph Promotions page are subject to the specific terms stated therein, as well as these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all we1winph promotions:

• Players must opt in to a promotion before making the qualifying deposit or bet. Retroactive claims will not be entertained.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. If you have an uncompleted wagering requirement from a current bonus, you must complete or forfeit it before claiming a new one.
• Standard wagering requirement across most bonuses is 10x to 15x the bonus amount, unless the individual promotion page states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• we1winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting system errors — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. we1winph may withhold bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, or pursue further action where warranted.

5. Games and Betting Rules

we1winph offers a range of games including JILI Slots, jackpot slots, Color Game, live bingo, basketball betting, and esports betting. Each game category operates under its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All slot games and RNG-based games on we1winph use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently audited for fairness. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. we1winph does not intervene in individual game outcomes.

For sports betting, including basketball and esports markets, odds and markets are updated in real time. Bets placed at published odds are honoured even if odds change after placement, provided the bet was accepted by the system. Bets placed after an event has concluded due to a system delay will be voided and stakes returned.

Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per game type and are displayed within each game or betting interface. we1winph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in circumstances that suggest manipulation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on we1winph and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Accessing we1winph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law
• Allowing a third party to use your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we1winph staff or other players

we1winph employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, we may freeze an account pending investigation, withhold withdrawal requests, or permanently terminate the account. In cases involving fraud or money laundering, we1winph will report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

we1winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting we1winph support at support@we1winph.click. Self-exclusion requests submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools will be processed within 24 hours. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal amount (₱200) will be returned to your registered payment method after a standard security review, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.

If your account is terminated by we1winph due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at our discretion. A written explanation will be provided to your registered email address in all involuntary termination cases.

8. Responsible Gaming

we1winph believes that gaming should always be enjoyable and within your personal limits. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's guidelines and international responsible gambling standards.

The following tools are available to all verified we1winph members free of charge:

9. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any we1winph content without prior written consent.

Game titles, graphics, and mechanics provided by third-party suppliers such as JILI Games remain the intellectual property of those suppliers. we1winph holds valid licences for all third-party content displayed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

we1winph provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or completely free of errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we1winph's liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. we1winph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits or opportunity.

we1winph is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment delays that are outside our direct control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

we1winph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on we1winph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and promotional communications (if opted in). You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team or updating your account preferences.

we1winph will never sell, rent, or otherwise commercially share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your transactions through approved payment providers.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the we1winph platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

The official language of these Terms is English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translations into Filipino or other languages for informational purposes, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
